You should also reference to China Briefing, which has a great monthly business magazine, (with a free subscription!) at www.china-briefing.com their blog just won an award from Chinalyst and is at www.china-briefing.com/blog, plus they also produce probably the best series of China technical guides - Setting up RO, WFOE's, JV's etc on their bookstore.
