The SME Working Group of the European Chamber is very pleased to invite you to a Breakfast Seminar on Thursday 24th January 2008, 8.30am at Kerry Center Hotel.
This seminar will address: Trend in Employee’s Compensation The objective of the seminar is to enhance your understanding of Employee’s Compensation techniques in China as well as to have a better idea of the current salary trend. The seminar will provide you with both theoretical and practical insights on these subjects.
We are delighted to welcoming the following speakers:
Speaker 1: Jean-Charles Dehaye, HR Expert, EU-China Social Security Reform Co-operation Project. Mr. Dehaye will share his expertise with us on social security and pensions in China.
Speaker 2: Sun Fan, Senior Consultant, Hewitt Associates. Sun Fan will give an overview of the salary trends for all different working levels in China. The different components of salary such as retention benefits will also be analysed.
