Sherry L. Read, Founder and Chief Coach, Read Solutions Group
Sherry Read has over 20 years of experience in finding solutions to business issues using skills in human resources, compensation, statistics, and process improvement. Since 2000 when she relocated in Singapore, she has focused on the human capital challenges of managing and growing businesses in Asia Pacific. With her move to Shanghai in 2005, Sherry founded Read Solutions Group - a coaching company - helping people be confident and successful as leaders, particularly in multicultural settings. She coaches individuals, speaks to professional groups, leads workshops and writes about organizational, leadership and coaching topics.
Jerri Erdmann, Director of Technical Practice, Shi Bisset & Associates
Jerri Erdmann is the director of Technical Practice at Shi Bisset & Associates where she specializes in helping technology-based companies address their special human resource and organizational development needs. Residing in Shanghai for five years, Jerri draws on her twenty-plus years with Motorola in engineering and senior management to assist executives and managers achieve their full potential here in China. She was the president of the Expatriate Professional Women's Society (EPWS) of Shanghai and is the fundraising director for CereCare Wellness Center, a Shanghai residential facility for children with cerebral palsy.
