Matthew will be sharing his experiences in selling his company and will talk about the key considerations involved when selling up as well as the mental transition from being your own boss to working as part of a global corporation. Matthew is Managing Partner of Odgers Ray and Berndtson, China focusing on Financial Services and Board level searches. He specializes in finding executives across corporate, institutional and investment banking, wealth managements and consumer finance, global markets and private equity. He was worked in executive search for the last 12 years, specializing in general management and financials services work and has lived in China and Hong Kong for 10 years
