South Beauty opened its first formal business dining restaurant in Beijing World Trade Tower in 2000. Since then South Beauty has opened more than 20 refined restaurants in the most valuable commercial areas across Beijing, Shanghai, and Chengdu, occupying over 40,000 sq meters, and employing over 4000 employees and attracting more than 3.5 million visits per year.

In addition to franchising out its own concepts in second tier cities since 2006, South Beauty Group has also set its strategic plan on niche market to target more diversified needs among its present customers. Through the service tailored for segments of high-end dining, formal business meal and healthy conscious people, South Beauty keeps stretching the boundaries of how Chinese dining can be experienced.
